In my Art, I explore the symbiotic relationship between trees and mushrooms.

They coexist, taking care of each other, interconnected beneath the earth through a remarkable network of roots and mycelium known as “the world wide wood.

” Trees can communicate information and share nutrients with other trees of the same family over kilometers.

 This subject has always fascinated me, inspiring me to craft mushrooms using the wood of trees.

I believe that each tree carries a message from the universe to the earth, and every plant possesses a memory and a soul.

Therefore, on each of my mushrooms, I feel and imbue a power, whether it be Vision, Wisdom, Joy, Love, Magic, Protection, Dream, Bliss, Creativity, and many more.

 Beneath the base of the mushrooms, starting from the stem, there is a copper spiral 🌀 that serves as a conduit, transmitting the power of the Fungus to its surroundings.

This spiral resonates with people nearby, creating a connection.

My mushrooms are intentionally large and colorful to serve as a reminder of the importance of nature and the necessity to respect and deeply connect with our surroundings and within ourselves 🍄🌀❤️☀️🌳🌲🌱🌿✨ Michel Vecchi grew up at the feet of the Mont Blanc in Courmayeur Italy as a very good snowboarder and a happy soul, enjoying travelling and Nature.

He travelled and visited many remote places like Papua New Guinea, Timbuktu, the Dogon in Mali, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, and Easter island.

He crossed the Atlantic Ocean on a sailing boat a few times and enjoyed helicopter snowboarding around the globe.

He experienced many beautiful, remote, and cultural wonders.

He studied sociology and started working in the family hospitality and Hotel business.
